"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Greetings, and welcome. I am known by some as Aliuh (al-I-uh) and by others as Alt. I live on a farm in North America in an area called The Valley of Ashes, where things spontaneously combust. I enjoy solitude, cold weather, nature, and being disconnected from the developed world. My hobby’s include photography, digging for antique bottles, digital painting, dog sledding, reading, writing, woodworking, wandering through forests, and being tempted to disrupt local attempts to develop nearby farmland.
I dislike humans encroachment on nature as well as the school system, politics, pollution, murder, abuse to all animals; humans included, summer, spring, and the sad fact that House is over.
